How to Check Meri Fasal Mera Byora Registration Status (2025–26)
Why You Need to Verify Your Registration
Submitting your registration on the Meri Fasal Mera Byora portal is not enough on its own. Many farmers complete the form but never confirm whether it went through successfully. This causes serious problems at the mandi — if your registration is incomplete, unverified, or rejected, the e-Kharid system will not generate your gate pass and you cannot sell your crop at MSP.
Checking takes less than two minutes. You should check your status at these points:
- Immediately after submitting — to confirm it was received
- 2–3 days after submission — to confirm it has been verified and approved
- Before the procurement season starts — final check before going to mandi
- Anytime you suspect your details may have changed or there is a discrepancy
What Your Registration Status Means
When you check your MFMB registration, the portal can show several different statuses. Here is exactly what each one means and what you need to do:
| Status Shown | Meaning | What to Do |
|---|---|---|
| ✓ पंजीकृत / Registered | Registration is complete and verified | Nothing — you are good to go |
| ⏳ Verification Pending | Submitted but not yet verified by the Agriculture Department | Wait 2–3 working days, then check again |
| ✏️ अधूरा / Incomplete | You started registration but did not finish all sections | Login and complete the remaining fields |
| ✗ अस्वीकृत / Rejected | Rejected due to mismatch in land records or documents | Contact your local Agriculture Officer or Patwari |
| ? No Record Found | Mobile number not linked to any registration | You may not have registered, or used a different number |
Method 1 — MFMB Portal (Most Reliable)
This is the official method and shows the most complete information including crop details, land records, and bank account status.
- Open your browser and go to fasal.haryana.gov.in
- On the homepage, click “किसान अनुभाग” (Farmer Section)
- Enter your registered mobile number (the one used during registration) and the captcha code
- Click “Login / OTP भेजें” — an OTP will be sent to your mobile
- Enter the OTP and click Verify
- You are now on your farmer dashboard — your registration details appear here: name, Khasra number, land area, crop, mandi, and bank account
- If status shows “पंजीकृत / Registered” — your registration is confirmed and active
Method 2 — e-Kharid Farmer Search
The e-Kharid portal is Haryana’s crop procurement system and pulls data directly from the MFMB database. Use this to quickly verify whether your registration is visible to the mandi system — no full login required.
- Go to ekharid.haryana.gov.in
- Look for “Farmer Record” or “किसान खोज” (Farmer Search) on the homepage
- Select the crop season (Kharif or Rabi) and year
- Enter your mobile number or registration number
- Click Search / खोजें
- If your registration is active, your crop details and registration information will appear
Method 3 — Farmer Search (No Login Needed)
The MFMB portal has a public-facing farmer search that works without logging in. This is the quickest basic check.
- Go to fasal.haryana.gov.in
- Find the “Farmer Search / किसान खोज” option on the homepage or under the farmer section
- Enter your mobile number or Family ID (PPP)
- Your registration summary will be displayed if a record exists
This method shows a basic summary only. For full details including bank account and exact land records, use Method 1 (dashboard login).
What to Verify on Your Registration
Once your registration is visible, check each section carefully. Errors in any of these fields can delay your MSP payment or gate pass generation.
How to Check on Mobile
You do not need to install an app. The portal fasal.haryana.gov.in is fully mobile-responsive and works on any smartphone browser.
- Open Chrome on your phone and go to fasal.haryana.gov.in
- Follow Method 1 above — the steps are identical on mobile
- For the app: search “Meri Fasal Mera Byora” on Google Play Store and install the official Haryana Government / NIC app
Common Problems & Solutions
OTP not received
- Make sure you are entering the mobile number used during registration
- Check your signal — weak network can delay OTP delivery
- Wait 60 seconds and request a new OTP
- Check if your number is on DND for transactional SMS
- Try during off-peak hours — portal congestion delays OTP at busy times
“No record found” message
- Try any other mobile number you may have used during registration
- Your registration may have been started but not completed — try re-registering
- There may be a 24-hour sync delay — try again the next day
- Registration may have been rejected — contact your local Agriculture Office
Portal not loading
- Switch to Chrome browser — it works best with the portal
- Clear your browser cache (Settings → Clear browsing data)
- Try early morning (6–9 AM) when server traffic is low
- Check for maintenance announcements on official Haryana Government social media
Land details showing incorrectly
- Login to your dashboard and click Edit/Update on the land section
- If the Khasra number itself is wrong, visit your local Agriculture Office with your Jamabandi document
- Corrections to land records take 1–2 working days to reflect in the system
You no longer have the registered mobile number
You cannot check or update your registration online without access to the registered number. To fix this:
- Visit your nearest Agriculture Department office or Atal Seva Kendra
- Carry your Aadhaar card, new mobile number, and original land documents
- The officer will verify your identity and update the number manually
- After the update, you can check and manage your registration normally
Registration Status vs Payment Status
These are two different things. Many farmers confuse them:
